These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy for which we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such instances, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer a refund.

SHIPMENT COSTS (free delivery charge)

Shipping costs are generally calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. But, at present, payment for shipping is totally free for the whole country.

DELIVERY TERMS

Transit Time (Domestic)

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-7 days, except govt. holidays.

Same Day Delivery

Applicable for domestic order values equal to or greater than BDT 10,000. Orders placed before 02 PM will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates from Saturday to Thursday (9am to 5.30pm) during standard business hours, except on national holidays; at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address are only viable 24 business hours before dispatch.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund the money if you already paid for the product in 2-3 days. And dispatch the rest of the order if have.

Delivery Time Exceedances

If delivery time has exceeded the pre-affirmed time, please contact us immediately at — 01740088182. An investigation will be properly conducted.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, you may receive tracking information to follow the latest progress of your shipment. Feedback is subject to the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Sales Vat & Tax

Domestic (individual) customers do not need to pay any vat or tax during purchasing any products from us.

In case of corporate sales, vat or tax will be added and they will get vat or tax paper. 

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable for payment upon arrival to the country of destination. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to SH SERVICE at your expense, and you shall receive a refund for the value of goods paid for, subtracting the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind BEFORE dispatch, we are able to accept cancellations at any time. If any order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We will process a replacement as soon as we have completed the investigation into the claim.
