What is the difference between gasoline and diesel products?

Gasoline generators are run by petrol or octane while diesel products are run by only diesel. Gasoline generators are portable while diesel generators are not easily portable. Gasoline generators are more eco-friendly but diesel generators produce very low noise.

Can gasoline generators be run by gas?

No. Gasoline generators use petrol or octane as fuel. You need some extra mechanisms to operate it by gas but it may harm your engine. That’s why; we don’t suggest it.

What types of generators do you sell (fuel)?

We sell two types of fuel-operated generators. Gasoline generators and diesel generators. Gasoline generators are operated by octane or petrol and diesel generators are operated by diesel.

How many hours will my generator run continuously?

Every generator has its own operating hours based on its engine capacity. But, we always suggest to let your generator rest for 1 hour after every 3-4 hours of continuous use.

Why are HONDA products more expensive?

HONDA generators are developed with Original HONDA engines imported from Japan and assembled in China. The quality of HG series is equal to traditional Honda itself, having greater reliability worldwide which demands a higher price.

How will I get a product manual?

After each purchase, a product manual is sent with your product. You may also download the manual from the individual product pages from our website.

How do I know the model number of my products?

You can find model number on the frontal area of your product. You may also check the memo to know your product’s model.

What to do when I face any problems with my power equipment?

We provide a one-year warranty for all of our products. If you face any particular problem, you are encouraged to dial our support center (+88 01740088182). Our technical engineers will address the issue immediately.

How to purchase maintenance or repairing parts for my equipment?

You can purchase any parts from us at SH SERVICE or any of our authorized dealers. It is recommended to send over the correct model and serial numbers for perfect deliveries.

What fuel should I use for gasoline generator?

Petrol or octane fuel is used to run portable gasoline generator. It is not recommended using gas or slander but a conversion is possible, in that cases your product warranty will be void.

How many ounces of oil to use?

Kindly notice quarts are mentioned in the owner’s manual. Multiply quarts by 32 to get measurements in ounces. For example: 1.5 quarts would be 1.5 x 32 = 48 ounces.

What to do if I didn’t receive all parts and accessories of my generator?

If you purchased a new piece of equipment and are missing parts or manuals that come with the product, you need to contact with the number given on the receipt. Used, pre-owned, or reconditioned products are sold “as-is / as they are.” Hence, any damaged or missing parts are the responsibility of the buyer or the retailer, for which SH SERVICE will not be liable.

Do you sell reconditioned or used generators?

Reconditioned or used generators are also sold by SH SERVICE.

When will I receive my generator warranty paper?

A warranty paper comes as a part-and-parcel of your product. So, you will get a one-year warranty on the day of purchase.

How long will my warranty valid?

Warranty terms are shown in the back of your owner’s manual. Generally, we provide a single-year warranty on part and service.

Where can I get my warranty repaired?

Just call us and we will tell you the suitable repairing place for you. Or You may take your product to any authorized SH SERVICE dealer points in Bangladesh. When you bring your product for warranty service, you must provide a proof of purchase.
